The Annual Meeting’s popular golf tournament is open to any member of our industry or academia as noted below. We will use the “4 man scramble” format to allow golfers with differing skill levels to help the team. The ASEV Golf Classic is a great way to make new friends in our ever-changing industry. Awards will be presented during the tournament luncheon that will be at the close of the tournament.
Tee Time: Tuesday, June 17 at 8:00 a.m. Shotgun
Site: Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club, Ghost Creek Course, 12930 Old Pumpkin Ridge Rd, North Plains, OR 97133
Players are responsible for their own transportation.
Fee: $135
Fee includes the following: Lunch, green fee, cart, range balls, golf hats and tee prizes.
Please note that proper golf wear is required by the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club (appropriate length shorts and collared shirts). Jeans, cut-offs, tank-tops and gym shorts should not be worn. Soft spike golf shoes are required. No player substitutions will be allowed after the cancellation deadline without the authorization of the Tournament Chair. We appreciate your cooperation due to the necessity of building competitive foursomes.
There is only space for 70 players, so register early! You only have to choose one registration option in addition to the tournament. Participants will be required to sign a release of liability form prior to the event. No one under 21 years of age may register and play in the tournament.

Tour includes transportation from the Doubletree Hotel Lloyd Center, box lunch at Archery Summit and tastings. You must be registered for the 5th Joint Burgundy-California-Oregon Winemaking Symposium and be 21 years or over to participate in this event. This tour has a separate registration fee of $100.
