The Wine and Viticulture Program within the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences at Cal Poly is seeking applications for a pool of part-time lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2008-09 academic year. Enology lecturers may teach undergraduate lecture and/or laboratory sections in one or more of the following areas: winemaking, wine analysis, wine history, wine regions, wine varietels, sensory evaluation, and wine chemistry.
