Chemeketa Community College’s Northwest Viticulture Center located in Salem, Oregon and the heart of Oregon’s rapidly growing wine grape industry has an opening for an adjunct faculty to teach wine marketing courses as part of a new wine marketing degree program.  An educational background in marketing is preferred, but experience marketing wine is essential.  An interest in teaching is also an important requirement.  The person hired will teach one four-credit course fall, winter and spring terms during the 2008-09 academic year.  The courses include Brand Development, Understanding the Wine Market Place, and Assessing and Targeting the Market.
