Wine will be served by each participating winery. Bus transportation will be included. Each person selecting a winery tour must be registered for a symposia, seminar or 2-day annual meeting to be enrolled as requested.

There is a minimum and maximum enrollment capacity. ASEV is obligated to cancel if the minimum registration required by the providers is not met and will fully refund fees related to such cancellation.

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AS OF JUNE 22, 2009.

The bus will depart from and return to the Marriott Napa Valley Hotel at the posted time without exception. It is mandatory that each registrant use the contracted transportation provided to participate. No alcoholic beverages can be permitted on bus.

Although it would not be our preference, ASEV and the tour site hosts reserve the right to adjust schedules or substitute a location if necessary without obligation to refund.
