A multi-course cuisine and wine paired by the chef will be served by the participating winery. Each person selecting a dinner must be registered for a symposia, seminar or 2-day annual meeting to be enrolled as requested. However, this does not apply to any additional guests you add in your registration for the dinner.
There is a minimum and maximum enrollment capacity. ASEV is obligated to cancel if the minimum registration required by the providers is not met and will fully refund fees related to such cancellation.
PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AS OF JUNE 22, 2009. NO TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS DINNER.
Although it would not be our preference, ASEV and the winery dinner site hosts reserve the right to adjust schedules or substitute a location if necessary without obligation to refund.
