Special events at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars are extraordinary. ASEV dinner guests will be welcomed to a reception in the Round Room with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Then two Cabernets will be served, along with two paired hors d’oeuvres.
Following the reception, guests will be seated for dinner in the cave dining room, The Great Room. A four course gourmet dinner will be served by one of Napa Valley’s finest chefs. Highlighting the meal will be wines, thoughtfully paired with each menu selection, and served by Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars own professionally trained and knowledgeable staff. In addition, winemaker, Nicki Pruss will be in attendance and will introduce each wine.
