|This seminar will address barrels and alternatives and their application to winemaking. Each winemaker makes decisions based on preference, experience and wine style. We have a slate of suppliers who will share their knowledge of their products in tandem with industry speakers willing to share their experiences. The impact of different products and mastering their use are the key to success.|

|Vine, Soil, Climate and Technology: Strategies in Irrigation Management
Monitoring the vineyard for irrigation management can be tricky. Science, technology and practicality must collide to provide the best possible monitoring strategies that help provide meaningful information for irrigation management. During this seminar, we will discuss strategies that industry members have used to help determine best management, practices in irrigation and vineyard management, including monitoring of vine water stress, soil moisture and environmental variables.
