Sensory Evaluation of Wine Flavor

A postdoctoral position is available to join a team of scientist studying wine sensory science: The project combines descriptive analyses, consumer evaluation, and napping. We are especially interested in qualifying sensory attributes in wines and their relationships to wine quality and consumer perceptions. Qualified candidates should have experience in sensory science and multivariate statistics. Qualified candidates should be proficient enough in English to perform the training of sensory descriptive panels.
