The instructor will teach courses leading to both a certificate and a two-year degree in Enology and Viticulture in Yavapai County in Arizona. This position will also carry the duties as program chair.

Responsibilities include classroom and lab instruction, development of curriculum, development and management of working vineyard, maintenance of records, advisement of students, service on campus committees, and communication with representatives in the field.

The general expectation is that full-time faculty serve as probationary faculty for a period of three years prior to being reviewed for continuing status. The determination of faculty status is, however, ultimately at the discretion of the YCDGB and the College President, as the Board’s designee.

Minimum qualifications:
Master’s degree in Enology and Viticulture or closely field from a regionally accredited college or university or a bachelor’s degree with significant commercial winemaking experience
