Washington State University Viticulture Extension is looking for a postdoctoral research associate (Ph-D level) to serve as a project manager for a USDA-SCRI-CAP grant titled “FRAME: Fungicide Resistance Assessment, Mitigation, and Extension Network for Wine, Table and Raisin Grapes.” This individual will provide critical organizational support for the successful completion of this 4-year grant, in addition to assisting in applied research and extension projects related to fungicide resistance in grape powdery mildew. This national, multi-institutional project will provide the individual with training and opportunities in program management, fungicide resistance and viticulture research, as well as extensive training and opportunities to design and deliver extension programing.

The position will be based at WSU Prosser IAREC, in the heart of Washington Wine Country, and will provide ample opportunities for professional growth and networking with industry and research institutions across the country. We are looking for an individual with strong communication and organizational skills, and who enjoys collaborative work with a diverse team.
