Please contact the Portola Hotel & Spa directly on or after Friday, June 3, after 8:00 am (PDT). If you call the Portola Hotel & Spa to request a new reservation, please identify the 62nd ASEV National Conference room block. Although our group rates are no longer guaranteed for new reservations or additions to current reservations, it is appropriate to request the ASEV rate to determine if the hotel will offer it.

Conference Rate through 5:00 pm (PDT) on June 1:
- $199 + tax/night for single/double occupancy
- $20 charge for each additional person per room per night beyond double occupancy
Children under 18 years of age staying in same room are free. Rates are inclusive of access to whirlpool, heated plunge pool and fitness center.
Self-parking is available for $17/day with in and out privileges. Valet parking is available for $20/day.
