The Pacific Northwest was a perfect venue for the ASEV International Cool Climate Symposium (ICCS) and the 61st National Conference at the WA State Convention Center in Seattle.

Our generous wine donors provided over 500 conference attendees with opportunity to enjoy wine from California, Oregon, Washington and Indiana and our dedicated sponsors offered significant support of our technical program. Our dynamic, organizing web of volunteer board and committee members that developed this extensive program from the ICCS to industry seminars was the essence behind the national conference week.

We especially commend our students and congratulate the recipients of the ASEV Best Student Presentation Awards and ASEV scholarships with reflection on our future.

We laud all who contributed to this national event as a research presenter, invited speaker, conference attendee and/or sponsor. Sustaining our industry as one wine and grape community through the exchange of technical information on a national platform is the greatest resource we have in common.
