Proposed Bylaws Revisions Approved
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the proposed bylaws amendment was approved by 92% of the responding votes. The member feedback in addition to returned ballots was greatly appreciated and extremely gratifying to the board and staff. We also acknowledge that this outcome was not desired by some members. We would welcome contact by any of you who may have questions or concerns.
The newly amended bylaws are in effect now as stipulated by the bylaws. The board will proceed with posting a call for the new Technical Program Director for this appointed position.
