AJEV Best Paper Authors to Present at the National Conference
For the first time, attendees of the 66th National Conference will have the opportunity to hear the 2015 Best Paper authors present their winning papers.
The Best Enology Paper, “In-Line Measurement of Color and Total Phenolics during Red Wine Fermentations Using a Light-Emitting Diode Sensor,” will be presented by Andre Knoesen from the University of California, Davis, on Wednesday, June 17, at 3:00 p.m.
The Best Viticulture Paper, “Persistence of Elemental Sulfur Spray Residue of Grapes during Ripening and Vinification,” will be presented by Misha T. Kwasniewski from the University of Missouri, Columbia, on Thursday, June 18, at 11:30 a.m.
