This session will focus on networking and gaining important career advice, from understanding what careers are possible to learning how to advance from early- to mid-career. This session is ideal for students and those in the early stages of their viticulture/enology/wine industry career. Participants will meet in discussion groups of 7-8 with 1 mentor per table (approximately 40 minutes). After the table discussions an HR professional will lead attendees in an interview training.

Registration is required in advance. During the registration process, registrants will select three topic areas of interest (see list below), as these will be used to identify your interests and assign discussion groups.
