  • No refunds to or cancellation by advertiser will apply.
  • No endorsement or guarantee of any form is inferred.
  • There are no additional or exchange of benefits between companies, including for the trade show.
  • Advertiser and the American Society for Enology and Viticulture (ASEV) agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from and against all claims, actions, and liabilities including attorney’s fees which may be asserted by third parties in connection with advertiser’s or ASEV performance in regard to obligations as identified.
  • ASEV is not liable for power/equipment failure or facility unavailability.
