The tour is offered on a first-registered, first-enrolled basis.
Fee: $50 USD
Tour Max: 50 people
Please dress comfortably and wear walking shoes. You may
wish to bring sun protection and drinking water. You must
be 21 or over and able to walk up some hills. Water will be
provided on the bus and you may bring your own snacks and
water or other non-alcoholic beverages if you like.
Note: Attendees must be registered for the National Conference to register for this tour. Refunds will not be issued for tours due to our contractual obligations. However, tours offered are conditional upon a minimum enrollment. If the minimum enrollment is not met and the tour is cancelled by ASEV, fees will be refunded in full.
The contracted bus provider reserves the right to: (1) decide at any point of travel that the weather or road conditions are too dangerous for driving and will attempt a final return to the pickup point, (2) deny service for any reason including natural disasters, physical damage to the vehicle, disorderly conduct, or a passenger standing while the bus is underway, (3) provide replacement transportation as possible if the bus breaks down.
