Dr. Wolf is the research and extension specialist at Virginia
Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is the architect
of the blossoming Virginia wine and grape industry who introduced
modern grapegrowing and winemaking practices to one of the oldest
wine-producing regions in the United States.
